For Christmas 2015, I again made
cookie trays and sent cards to friends. I decorated my home for the first
time in forty years. This year's cookies were Italian ricotta cookies, starlight
surprise cookies, raspberry nut pinwheels, Christmas wreaths, candy cane cookies,
chocolate-cherry cookies, cranberry cowboy cookies, and a new cookie from the Chicago Tribune cookie contest,
dipped gingersnaps.
