I finally made a presentable loaf of white bread! Those of you who have baked bread know how tricky that can be. Bread is a simple recipe, but the technique is everything.
Several friends were very helpful in helping me master bread making. I also want to acknowledge Red Star Yeast and King Arthur Flour. Their customer service people helped me get it right. Hooray for small companies.
I want to move on to rye bread eventually. For those of you trying to master bread, try white first. White bread tastes better than fiasco bread!
